Enquiries you send us

The contact form collects your name, email address, message and consent to use those details to respond. You may also include your exam board and a study list. Please avoid sending passwords, payment credentials, identity documents or other sensitive information in an enquiry.

Form submissions are stored through Netlify Forms and are available to the people administering this website so they can review and respond to your enquiry. Your email address is not automatically added to a marketing mailing list.

Your saved study list

The website uses your browser's localStorage to remember the products in your study list. This list stays on that browser unless you include it in a submitted enquiry. Saving a list does not create an account or an order.

You can remove items from your study list or clear this site's stored data in your browser settings. Clearing browser data may remove your saved selections.

Website services

The website is hosted on Netlify. Its hosting and form services process information needed to deliver the website and handle submissions. We have not added analytics or advertising trackers to this version of the website.

Questions about your information

Use the contact form to ask about an enquiry you submitted or request correction or deletion of the information you provided. Include enough detail to identify your original enquiry, without sending sensitive documents.

Ordering, returns & refunds.

Paid ordering is not open. The current catalogue contains planned study sets, and an enquiry or saved study list is not a purchase or reservation. No payment is collected through this website at this stage.

Before ordering begins, we will publish confirmed delivery charges, estimated timings and the terms for cancellations, damaged or incorrect items, returns and refunds. Please review those terms before making a future purchase.
